One of Tucumann Engenharia’s concerns is to collaborate with social causes. After all, solidarity is one of the ways to build a fairer society. With this in mind, 10 years ago, we entered into a partnership with Complexo Pequeno Príncipe.

The complex works on several fronts to increasingly transform the lives of children and adolescents:

  • Pequeno Príncipe Hospital: Born to promote equity in access to health care and is considered one of the best pediatric hospitals in the world.
  • Pequeno Príncipe College: Its mission is to produce and disseminate knowledge, aiming to contribute to the construction of a healthy, citizen and solidarity society;
  • Pelé Pequeno Príncipe Research Institute: Carries out numerous investigations in the field of health and is currently working on a research project aimed at developing antibodies against the coronavirus.

Tucumann is proud to support a cause as important as the Pequeno Príncipe Complex. Learn more about the organization on the website

We partnered with IMQI for an informative action to raise awareness among our employees about Breast and Cervical Cancer prevention.

The Institute serves women diagnosed with cancer, during and after cancer treatment. Care is provided through welcoming, listening and referrals to various services such as medical, nutritional, psychological, therapeutic consultations, for aesthetic care and self-image reconstruction services, thus providing the recovery of self-esteem affected by aggressive treatment against the disease.

Tucumann Engenharia supports this cause and promotes moments of learning about the necessary care for the prevention of Breast and Cervical Cancer among its employees. Learn more about the institute at:

Tucumann’s concern for the safety and well-being of its employees is also reflected in the realization of SIPAT. Every year, the Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at Work is organized by CIPA for make all employees aware of the issue.

CIPA (Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents at Work) is formed by a group of employees responsible for developing actions on the subject. During the program developed by CIPA, employees participate in various activities, such as lectures and training, on the prevention of accidents at work and employee well-being.

Once again, Tucumann joined the Pequeno Príncipe Complex for an impactful action. This time to reinforce the culture of environmental preservation, honoring the lives of children and adolescents served at the Hospital.

On October 6, 2022, native trees that now make up the Little Prince North Forest were planted, symbolizing the Complex’s partnership with its supporting organizations. Tucumann was among them and chose Tarumã to represent its collaboration with the Little Prince.

We are proud of this partnership that is increasingly consolidated.
