In 2010, the Cataratas do Iguaçu S.A. group won the concession to provide support services for public visitation of the Fernando de Noronha National Marine Park.

The administration of the park remains under the responsibility of the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio). The main objective of this concession is to implement and operate attractions that, added to the natural wealth of the place, will constitute a complex capable of recovering, improving and expanding the tourist attractiveness of this, one of the most beautiful islands in Brazil.
